I am very happy with the service I received from Jim & Son's. I called in the morning, and Stephen was here by 12:15 p.m. Fixed the problem, and our sink was back in order. We also used them for a slab leak last year, and they were excellent. Fixed the issue without having to tear up all the floor, saving us a lot of money. They are so professional and polite. I cannot recommend Jim and Sons strongly enough.
At this point, I can’t imagine using anyone other than Jim and Sons for our plumbing needs. After being basically abandoned by our previous plumber, I switched to Jim and Sons on the recommendation of a friend. Since then, we have used them for a wide variety of needs in our older home: everything from leaking pipes to new toilet installs to repairing damage that I did by installing a garbage disposal incorrectly. The work is always fast, the estimates are always detailed and exact, and the service is always excellent throughout. In the end, I not only feel like our plumbing was serviced correctly, but they clean up so thoroughly after themselves that there are virtually no signs that work was ever done. I cannot recommend Jim and Sons strongly enough.

I had a leak in my front yard. I was in panic mode on how I was going to get it fixed. I had the city shut off my water until I figured out what to do. I looked up plumbers and I came across Jim & Sons Plumbing & Rooter. They were honest and upfront with all the details on how to get my leak repaired. Steven and Chris arrived and assessed the leak. Steven did a leak test and found the leak. He stated it would be fixed promptly, and it was. I cannot thank them both enough for what an awesome job they did. Thank you. In January 2025, we called Jim & Sons Plumbing to repair a broken toilet flange based on other positive online reviews. Daniel came out and repaired the flange, doing an excellent job, and charged about half of a quote we received from one of the competitors. You know how there are people walking around out there in the world that briefly change your nihilistic view of the world? The folks that are eager to find and solve the problem and then actually help determine the most cost-effective way to do so? That would be Jim & Sons. After my landscaper and another plumber couldn't figure out how and why my pipes were rattling and suggesting a bunch of really expensive jobs, I now know I don't need a storage tank for my tankless heater. Additional straps for my pipes would help but weren't the cause of the problem, and I didn't need an arrestor. After delicately unlocking a complicated locking system, they determined I needed new valves and diagnosed other issues within my irrigation system. Forever grateful.
