I spoke with Angie, who promptly arranged for a service call to address my issue, a backed-up main line which backed up my toilet and bathtub. Steven and Chris were here within 1 hour and confirmed my problem. Steven offered 2 options: simple snake or more efficient hydrojetting. My house is 75 years old and he recommended the latter. Scope revealed massive intrusion of roots in the seams of those old clay pipes. Within an hour, everything was flowing like new. Their recommendation was the best choice after hearing about drawbacks of a temporary snaking of lines. I trusted them enough to request an appointment to discuss re-sleeving my drain lines in the trenchless method I've heard about. These guys were upfront, honest, and super efficient.
