I called Jim & Sons Plumbing having read positive reviews on Yelp and Nextdoor. I spoke with Angie, who promptly arranged for a service call to address my issue, a backed-up main line which backed up my toilet and bathtub. Steven and Chris were here within 1 hour and confirmed my problem. Steven offered 2 options: simple snake or more efficient hydrojetting. My house is 75 years old and he recommended the latter. Scope revealed massive intrusion of roots in the seams of those old clay pipes. Within an hour, everything was flowing like new. Their recommendation was the best choice after hearing about drawbacks of a temporary snaking of lines. I trusted them enough to request an appointment to discuss re-sleeving my drain lines in the trenchless method I've heard about. These guys were upfront, honest, and super efficient. I highly recommend their services. Stay away from the big corporate guys and support these trustworthy independent businesses. Thank you for your quick response and awesome service!

Honest and Honorable Service Provider
Being a real estate broker in the business for 20+ years and dealing with many plumbing companies while servicing a large inventory of properties, I couldn't praise Jim & Sons Plumbing & Rooter enough. Stephen came out a day early to diagnose an open pipe gas leak and did not charge me although he spent hours and his Nitrogen gas resources since the leak could not be found on his first visit. Nevertheless, he was determined to locate the issue and to get it fixed and showed up promptly the following day to tackle the issue and refused to give up until the leak was found. Three other plumbing companies had come out previously and had billed us for their unsuccessful attempts so I knew that the issue was an extremely complex one since the open gas pipe was in the walls covered with drywall. But I am happy to report that due to Stephen's professionalism, tenacity, and attention to detail, Stephen located the leak and the gas company was able to confirm his work and turned the gas back on. Stephen will be our go-to plumber for my brokerage from this point forward. It's so hard to find honest and honorable service providers that take pride in their work since many companies were severely affected by Covid and are still recovering their workforce, so I am thankful and glad that I was able to find a new plumbing partner to be a part of our team. I can't thank you enough, Stephen!!!!
